Filmmaker Van Neistat re-frames the idea of “to-do” lists. Items on his yellow post-its are activities, missions, being accomplished now. Not waiting to be completed.

He got the concept from fashion designer Cynthia Rowley, who gently described “to-do” lists as:

To-do lists are for pu%#ies. We call them do lists because these are tasks we’re doing right now. We’re not putting them off.
